Returns/ Exchange Information
ReturnsWe've tried to make returning unwanted items as simple as possible, so hear goes:
Customers have up to 14 calendar days to return an item for a refund. Customers must contact our sales team on 01443 433 335 in order to obtain a Returns Number. To make a return carefully re-package the item(s) to be sent back, including a note with your original order number, returns number, name, address and contact details along with your reason for return. Then send this to:

We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery as items can easily get lost in the post and Howells Sports are not responsible for missing or damaged items.
We will not accept item which have been soiled, washed, worn items (except items tried on for size), products with evidence of odours (smoke, sweat etc.), shoes which have been worn outside or worn for any purpose other than trying them on to fit.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached in re-saleable condition.
Orders will not be refunded on the basis that they did not arrive in time. Howells Sports reserve the right to refuse returns sent without a Returns Number.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer an exchange service, simply follow the returns information above remembering to include a description of the items you which to exchange for. We'll then contact you in the event extra payment is required or monies to be refunded.
Please be aware customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
